Dr. Hawk's presentation is based on his education and diverse life experiences. He is an active education researcher with extensive results-driven experience and expertise in the design, administration, and evaluation of education programs at the primary, secondary, and tertiary levels. Hold Ph.D., from the University of Minnesota in Educational Administration, with specialization in Comparative and International Development Education.
This institution is ranked number 30 in the Academic Ranking of World Universities (2014) produced by Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Awarded Master of Science in Special Studies (emphasis education and human relations), and Bachelors of Arts in Organizational Management and Communication. Possess substantial experience in coordinating institutional strategic planning; developing educational programs, curriculum, and courses; and the evaluation of education and social service programs while working with educational professionals in multi-cultural and multi-lingual environments.
Tus Vecinos en el Barrio has always been about working in the community, neighbor to neighbor to learn about what is affecting our community and to find ways to make our community a better place.
